FAQ
How do I handle the gratuity for the chauffeur?
Standard gratuity is between 15% and 20% of your trip, about what you would pay at a restaurant. You can either pay your chauffeur cash or we can add the gratuity to your credit card at the time of booking the reservation or after the trip is completed.
What happens if my plane arrives early or late?
Our dispatchers “track” your flight and know the speed, altitude and location of your plane so if you arrive early or late it is no problem and your driver is on time. We are always aware of your ‘true’ arrival time, along with gate status and baggage claim.
Is alcohol provided inside of the limousines?
Executive Limousine offers a complimentary stocked bar in all luxury vehicles. Our complimentary bar includes vodka, bourbon whiskey, a selection of sodas, juices, and bottled water. Guests must be 21 years of age or older.
What is your cancellation policy?
Executive Limousine requires that all cancellations be received 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time. If you fail to cancel 48 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time, you will be charged in full for the reservation.
What are your hours of operation?
How do I find my driver upon my arrival?
Executive Limousine utilizes iPad tablet greet signs. Instead of seeing your last name handwritten on a piece of paper, our tablets allow you to easily read your name from a distance, thus, ensuring you meeting your driver.
What is your hourly minimum requirement?
We require a 2-hour minimum for all luxury transportation services.
Is smoking allowed inside your vehicles?
Smoking is prohibited in all Executive Limousine vehicles. However, we will gladly accommodate you by making a safe stop if you would like to smoke. If smoking occurs inside our vehicle, a $150 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card.
What if I do not show up for my reservation?
No-shows at the time and location of scheduled pick-up will be charged the full fare.
How are rates calculated?
As is standard in our industry, we bill for the total drive time required to serve a customer, also known as garage-to-garage time.
