For your convenience, we offer many ways to reserve car service. You can call our reservations team and speak with a live agent. You can email your request to webreservations@exlimo.com or use our website’s contact form. You can log into our system and reserve service directly.

As is standard in our industry, we bill for the total drive-time required to serve a customer, also known as garage to garage time.

Cash is always accepted, however we do need a credit card on file to hold the reservation.

We accept all major credit cards and cash as payment.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Executive Limousine requires that all cancellations be received 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time. If you fail to cancel 48 hours prior to your scheduled pick up time you will be charged in full for the reservation.

In order to cancel your reservation, please call us at (775) 333-3300 or email us at webreservations@exlimo.com with your reservation information. Cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.

No-shows at the time and location of scheduled pick-up will be charged the full fare.

IS SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE YOUR VEHICLES?

Smoking is prohibited in all of Executive Limousine vehicles. However, we will gladly accommodate you by making a safe stop if you would like to smoke. If smoking occurs inside our vehicle, a $150 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card.

Executive Limousine offers a complimentary stocked bar in all limousines. Our complimentary bar includes vodka, bourbon whiskey, a selection of sodas, juices, and bottled water. Must be 21 years of age or older.

We require a 2-hour minimum for all limousines.

Our dispatchers “track” your flight and know the speed, altitude and location of your plane so if you arrive early or late it is no problem and your driver is on time. We are always aware of your ‘true’ arrival time, along with gate status and baggage claim.

Executive Limousine utilizes iPad tablet greet signs. Instead of seeing your last name handwritten on a piece of paper, our tablets allow you to easily read your name from a distance, thus, ensuring you meeting your driver.

Standard gratuity is between 15% and 20% of your trip, about what you would pay at a restaurant. You can either pay your chauffeur cash or we can add the gratuity to your credit card at the time of booking the reservation or after the trip is completed.
